Payroll associate

Full time experienced payroll technician required immediately for growing accountancy practice based in Longford office or Navan office

Ideally IPASS and IATI qualified with at least 3 years practice experience to join the team. The role is full time, but part-time applications will be considered, and the role is office based.

The role involves:

• Management of a database of clients
• Preparation and filing of payroll submissions on a weekly, monthly and fortnightly basis
• Monitoring and meeting deadlines
• Assisting and training of junior members of staff
• Working knowledge of BrightPay, Bright Books, DEXT and ROS will be an advantage
• Experience in assisting and preparation of fully reconciled accounts to trial balance stage would be an advantage
